If enacted, either of these bills will create an environment of tremendous fear and uncertainty for technological innovation, and seriously harm the credibility of the United States in its role as a steward of key Internet infrastructure. Regardless of recent amendments to SOPA, both bills will risk fragmenting the Internet’s global domain name system (DNS) and have other capricious technical consequences.
In exchange for this, such legislation would engender censorship that will simultaneously be circumvented by deliberate infringers while hampering innocent parties’ right and ability to communicate and express themselves online.

Due to this Bill all the restricted sites would look like this:-
Talking about Facebook, they have joined everyone against SOPA because of the following reasons:-
1.You will be restricted:-
Facebook was Founded by Mark Zuckerberg who was just like everyone but his ability and aim has now made him one among the top 10 people of the world. So he does not want that other growing people like him get restricted and cannot become another Zuckerberg.
2.Your favorite sites will be restricted:-
It can be anything even Facebook can be restricted to open in U.S.A . So why should Facebook support such a bill.
3. Educators and artists will be restricted.
This bill is against those even sell library ebooks which are nit copyrighted. Understandably, piracy regulations are often aimed at colleges and, as a result, educators who use OERs (“open educational resources“) – materials and communities created to be built upon and used for educational purposes can be restricted.
At last i would like to tell all my readers to stand against SOPA to protect your online privacy
